Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Vizionise collects through vizionise.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language and kept it specific to what we actually do.
1. Who we are
Vizionise ("Vizionise", "we", "us", or "our") provides website design, AI automation, and digital marketing services to businesses in the United States. This policy applies to vizionise.com and to the forms, tools, and checkout flows hosted on it.

2. Information you give us directly
Most of the information we hold is information you chose to type into a form on our site. Across our forms we ask for some combination of the following contact details:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your website address
Start Your Project intake
Our project intake asks about the work you are considering. Depending on which path you choose, this can include the type of project, your page count or feature needs, the software and tools your business already uses, where your leads currently come from, what happens after a lead contacts you, your biggest operational bottleneck, and free-text answers describing your goals, the service you offer, and the area you serve. If you select the digital marketing path, we also ask for a monthly advertising budget range (for example, under $500, or $2,500 and above).
Client onboarding
After a purchase, our onboarding form collects information we need to actually build and run the work. This can include the package you purchased, your brand tone and brand colors, the status of your logo, photos, and written content, reference or competitor website addresses, a description of the customers you want to reach, a description of your internal processes and workflows, a list of competitors, and any free-text notes, deadlines, or special requests you add.
Automation estimator
Our automation estimator asks about your business type, how many leads or inquiries you handle each month, your biggest bottleneck, which repetitive task consumes the most time, how many hours per week you spend on it manually, and how quickly you typically respond to new leads.
Other forms
We also collect the information you choose to submit through any other form, questionnaire, assessment, or intake page on our site, including our website questionnaire, AI assessment, and digital marketing intake form. If a form asks for it and you provide it, this policy covers it.
3. Information we generate about you
Our automation estimator does more than store your answers. Based on what you enter, it calculates and stores estimated figures, which may include estimated hours saved, estimated monthly savings, potential revenue opportunity, and a recommended service or package. We treat these generated figures as part of your information and handle them the same way as everything else described here.
These estimates are illustrative and based on common automation efficiency benchmarks. Actual results vary by business. They are not a projection, promise, or guarantee of any financial outcome.
4. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery infrastructure records basic technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the page you are viewing, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your request. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and keeping the site running.
5. Cookies and tracking
We want to be direct about this, because it is unusual: we do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta or Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Hotjar, and no session recording. We do not build advertising profiles about you and we do not follow you across other websites.
What is present:
- Functional cookies. Our website platform and page builder may set cookies needed for the site to function correctly, and our hosting or content delivery provider may set cookies for security and performance.
- Stripe. On our pricing and checkout pages we load Stripe's payment script. Stripe sets its own cookies and collects device and browsing signals to detect and prevent payment fraud. This happens on those pages whether or not you complete a purchase. Stripe's handling of that data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Our forms keep your answers in your browser's memory only while you are filling them out. We do not store your form progress on your device between visits.
6. How we use your information

- To deliver, support, and maintain the services you purchase
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send service and account communications, such as confirmations and project updates
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not provide it to data brokers or advertising networks.
8. Payment information
We never receive or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe through Stripe's own secure checkout. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never transmitted to or held by Vizionise.
What we do receive from the checkout process is limited to your name, business name, email address, the package and billing period you selected, and the recommendation associated with your inquiry. Stripe stores your payment details and billing history under Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards.
9. How form submissions reach us
So there are no surprises about where your information goes: when you submit a form, our system sends an internal notification email containing your submission to our team at [email protected], with a copy to a secondary Vizionise mailbox. The reply-to address on that email is set to the email address you provided, so we can respond to you directly. You also receive a confirmation email letting you know we received your submission.
10. Automated processing
Our estimator and recommendation tools use automated logic to suggest a service or package based on your answers. These tools do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. A person at Vizionise reviews inquiries before we respond. Any AI-assisted output we provide should be reviewed by you and is not professional legal, financial, or tax advice.
11. How long we keep information
- Lead and inquiry submissions: up to 24 months from your last contact with us.
- Active client information: for the duration of our working relationship.
- Project records: up to 24 months after services end.
- Contracts, invoices, payment records, and other legally required business records: up to seven years, as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
Other personal information is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to our website and access controls on the accounts and systems that store submissions. No website, server, or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as passwords, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers through our forms or by email.
13. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete information we no longer have a legal or business reason to keep
- Stop sending you marketing communications
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, the right to request correction or deletion, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing for you to opt out of, but you may still exercise your other rights using the contact details above.
You may also opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing us. We will still send service and billing communications related to an active account.
14. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, including social media profiles and platforms operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. Review their policies before providing information to them.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, tools, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
